For missing rewards, email with a clear photo of the in-store or email confirmation receipt with transaction details along with your rewards email address to apply points.

If receipt is unavailable, we will do our best to locate the transaction if you provide the date/time, amount of transaction, and transaction details along with your rewards email address to apply points.

When you want to redeem a reward, you just need to provide your POP
Points Account email address or phone number -- we can retrieve your account and redeem the reward once confirming those details.

Absolutely! We will add your rewards points to your account based on recent purchase(s). Please allow up to 1 (one) week from your online purchase for your POP Points to appear. At this time, POP Points cannot be redeemed online.

Points expire after one year of accumulation.
