Q: How are the macarons best served?

Upon arrival, please refrigerate your macarons for at least 15-20 minutes and then allow them to reach room temperature before experiencing the deliciousness! Our macarons are best enjoyed during their first 7 days from delivery. Store your macarons in the refrigerator, if you aren’t able to enjoy them in one sitting.

Q: Can I freeze the macarons?

Macarons can be frozen for up to four weeks in their original packaging.

Q: Are your Macarons gluten-free?

Our macarons are gluten-free as all ingredients used to make them are gluten-free!

Q: What ingredients are in your macarons?

Please refer to the ingredients guide included in your packaging, or the read more section below the Macaron description when filling your 12 pack order.

Q: What days do you ship your macarons?

Our macarons ship Monday- Wednesday only. Orders placed through our website will follow the cutoff time of 8 AM CT Monday -Wednesday using FedEx 2 Day Shipping. If you place your order after 8 AM CT, your order will be shipped on the following shipping day. If you place your order after 8 AM CT on Wednesday, your order will ship out on the next shipping day: Monday. Depending on your shipping zone, the actual shipping transit time will be between 1-2 days.  Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the continental United States. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

Q: Why do macarons only ship FedEx 2-Day?

All of our macarons are handcrafted and made fresh to order. Each 12-pack macaron order placed includes a 2-Day shipping service. To provide you with the highest quality products, we can only fulfill orders based on the timeframes above. Your macarons will ship separately from any other items ordered on LolliandPops.com.

Q: The ice pack melted during shipping. Is it still okay to consume my macarons?

While the ice packs may no longer be cold upon arrival this is totally okay! The ice packs help to keep our products stay cold during transit and may be thawed by the time your package arrives. Upon arrival, just be sure to follow the Care Instructions card or the instructions listed above once they arrive!

Q: Oh no…my macarons arrived damaged! What should I do?

Although we hope this doesn’t happen, we do not have control over how shipping couriers handle the shipping process. For macaron damage claims, please submit photographs of the external shipping box as well as the damaged product to online-services@lolliandpop.com. Please be sure to include your order number. We want your experience to be the best and we will make every effort to make sure it’s a good one! 

Q: Is the macaron packaging recyclable?

The shipping box and macaron packaging are both recyclable! The shipping box is made out of cardboard and macaron packaging is made out of PET materials and are also BPA free.
