Lolli & Pops Addresses Recent Credit Card Charges

On July 15, 2021, our internal IT department determined that our point of sale credit card processing systems at four store locations – Tulsa, Maine, Ridgedale, North Star - were properly authorizing transactions at the time of sale but not posting the charges to the customer accounts. This resulted from a technical misconfiguration when the payment system was installed in July 2020.  Although you authorized the charge for the purchase made at our store, the charge was not posted to your account until we remediated the technical issue on July 15, 2021.

1. Why do I have a charge/pending charge from Lolli & Pops on my debit/credit card account?

The charge on your account is from a legitimate purchase made at a Lolli & Pops store. The posting of the charge may have been delayed, but it was authorized when made and is only now being posted due to a technical issue that occurred when the credit card payment system was installed. The technical issue was identified on July 15, 2021, and the previously authorized transactions were charged to your account.

2. I never bought anything from Lolli & Pops/ I did not authorize this transaction.
